Account Access Policy

Overview & Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to outline the terms and conditions under which SloxPay ("we," "us," or "our") may request account access permissions from users ("you" or "user") in order to verify transactions, manage webhooks, and ensure seamless gateway operation.

Consent and Authorization

By granting us account access permission, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• We will only access your merchant gateway credentials for the sole purpose of verifying and reading transaction settlement logs.
• We handle all API keys, webhook secrets, and financial credentials with bank-grade 256-bit encryption.
• We will never share your gateway credentials with any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
• We will use your credentials solely for the intended payment verification and auto-settlement workflows.

Limited Scope & Security Measures

Our account access permission is strictly limited to reading transaction status. We do not request or require authorization to initiate external debits or unauthorized financial transfers on your behalf.

Revocation of Access Permission

You retain the full right to disconnect or revoke gateway credentials at any time from your Merchant Dashboard under the Connect Merchant panel. Upon disconnection, all active sessions and stored temporary keys are instantly invalidated.
